AIRCRAFT APPRAISAL SERVICES

Full NAAA Certified Aircraft Appraisal with Video and Digital

Images

[Package 1]

AERONUVO National Aircraft Appraisers Association (NAAA) Certified Appraisals are typically prepared for the client when legal documentation of aircraft value is required. A USPAP compliant aircraft appraisal is available at the clients request.r A Certified Aircraft Appraisal requires our appraiser to personally inspect the subject aircraft and its maintenance records. The appraised value of the aircraft is certified to be accurate based on the appraiser's in-person inspection of the aircraft and its available records. This inspection is aimed solely at determining the overall condition of the aircraft and records to support the value opinion of the appraiser, and would not, for example, include opening of inspection panels on the aircraft. A Certified Aircraft Appraisal would normally provide a value that includes adjustments to account for the actual maintenance status of the aircraft and possibly other adjustments to reflect the findings of the inspection of the aircraft and its records. The AERONUVO Certified USPAP Aircraft Appraisal report includes a video of all remarkable visual findings, a general inventory of the aircraft via digital images and the determination of market value. At the client’s request, this package is delivered digitally or for a nominal expense, in paper format via FEDEX. Sample appraisal reports are available for viewing.

USPAP Compliant Aircraft Appraisals by a Senior Certified

Appraiser

Only USPAP compliant appraisals are recognized and widely accepted by the US court systems, the US, state and local government (IRS and other agencies), financial institutions (banks, lenders and loan underwriters), insurance companies (insurance underwriters) leasing companies and informed aircraft buyers and sellers. When aircraft are used as loan collateral before the loan is approved, aircraft appraisers must comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), which was created in 1989 by the Appraisal Foundation, and is the generally accepted standard in Canada and Mexico as well as the United States. We can provide this service to you - contact us today. Aircraft BlueBook and Vref Data Combination Reports

[Package 2]

Most professionals — brokers, dealers, financial institutions and insurers — depend on expensive subscriptions to the industry-standard Aircraft Bluebook Price Digest and Vref, Aircraft Value Reference for developing a baseline value for an aircraft or helicopter. The data comes from actual report sales, and even though it is typical for the market to lag or lead the valuations, the pricing is more dependable and thorough. AERONUVO, can deliver these valuable reports from the Aircraft Bluebook Price Digest and Vref Aircraft Value Reference via an email report. This service, known as Package 2 will require an in person or telephone inteview or completion and submittal of an extensive aircraft inventory report, by the customer. Package 2 is not considered an aircraft appraisal, but a benchmark, overview or informational report provided to the customer. The on-line “appraisal” services at AOPA© and Trade-A-Plane© were not designed to provide a detailed appraisal on a particular serial number. Their reports are truncated and not considered complete. Even on the simplest aircraft, the variables are so numerous and complex that prices can and do vary even between consecutive serial numbers of the same type. Please review carefully the disclaimers on each web site. The combined on-line Aircraft BlueBook and Vref subscriptions will cost no less than $600 per year. AERONUVO, The Aircraft Appraisal and Valuation Company delivers Aircraft BlueBook and Vref Data Reports, for a cost far less to the client. You can view a sample Aircraft Bluebook Report for a Cessna 172. The cost for these reports is $125 each. We also have available for purchase the Aircraft Bluebook Historical Value Reference Report.
